How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will typically take between 1-2 weeks to arrive at your doorstep for U.S. after the product is shipped by our warehouse. For international customers, please allow 1-5 weeks.

Please note delivery times may vary according to different country’s custom restrictions.

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by all major credit card companies and Paypal.

Can I change my order?

We work very quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. After you have placed an order, you will be unable to make changes.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping details?

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to allow any changes once your order has been shipped. If you notify us in time, we might be able to correct it before your order is processed. Do ensure you update us via email at with the correct and complete address as soon as you can. Items returned from an incorrect address from the USPS are responsible to pay for shipping on correct address. We will ship out orders once the appropriate postage has been paid to re-send out the order.

Where can I find a discount code

We send out discount codes regularly to those who are subscribed to our email list. If you wish to subscribe, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email.

How do I receive multiple item order

If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).

 I DON’T HAVE MY PACKAGE BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED.

Please check all places around your home that the package may be left upon delivery. Sometimes the order may be left at a side/back door or hidden behind a plant or furniture in front of the house. We also suggest that you check with your neighbors or the others in your household to see if the package was accepted on your behalf. If the order was delivered to an apartment or office building please check with the management office or receptionist. We also suggest reaching out to your local post office and see if the package is being held on the Notice Left Shelf for pick up.
