ReturnsOur store policy is as follows: all eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. The policy for returns last 30 days. We cannot offer refunds nor exchanges for orders past 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For beauty and health products they cannot be opened, tampered with, nor used for health and security purposes.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All eligible returns will be offered store credit only.
Do not send back to the manufacturer you got the package from!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For shipping issues please contact your local USPS with your confirmation number your received in the email. We have no control of the actual shipment of your package, the logistics is taken care by the USPS. Our carriers DO NOT require a signature. If you are not home, the package will be left at your address. Aloha Pure is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.
